Future Stars game comes to Hough

Written by

Hough High School will host the first North Carolina vs. South Carolina Future Stars All-Star football game for seventh and eighth graders Saturday afternoon. The game is an extension of the Football Tech Camp that was held at Hough recently.

Hundreds of players tried out this past year and 45 were selected for each team, including locals Ronald Albritton and Mark Fields of Davidson Day and Caleb White, who will attend Hough. Hough assistant coach Shawn White will coach the N.C. eighth grade team.

The seventh grade game begins at 4 p.m., with the eighth grade game to follow. The cost is $10 for adults 18 and older, $5 for fans ages 6-17 and free for kids 5 and under.
