The International Tournament of Champions, hosted by the National Wheelchair Basketball Association, began locally Wednesday morning and will conclude this weekend. Hough’s Tabor cheered at East-West Hough High’s Krissi Tabor was the lone local selection to cheer in the East-West All-Star games in Greensboro last month. A rising senior at Hough, Tabor was selected to the all-state team by the North Carolina Cheerleading Coaches Association, which chose 28 cheerleaders from a group of 175 nominees. The all-state cheerleaders performed at the East-West football and basketball games.
