Hough High freshman Tanner Roberts scored a hat trick as the Huskies raced past Providence 6-2 in soccer action last week.
It was Roberts’ second three-goal game of the year. He scored three in a 5-1 win over Independence last month.
Davis Park, Nathaniel Goodwin and Matt Crusse also scored for Hough. Goodwin had two assists, while Roberts, Cheyn Roux, James Jackson and Andres Duarte assisted on one goal each. Hough improved to 3-1-1 and was to host Weddington Thursday.
