CORNELIUS, N.C. -- Referring to it as the "country club of storage," Kevin Mahl and Jamie Rolewicz, the developers of Cornelius Commerce Park, announced this week a ground-breaking ceremony will be held Friday, May 17, for Hyde Park on Bailey, a 60,000-square-foot upscale storage suites facility on Bailey Road. It will be the first of two buildings on the 35-acre Cornelius Commerce Park property between N.C. 115 and U.S. 21.
