Martin is charged with misdemeanor sexual battery. Police arrested Martin at the business without incident and transported him to the Mecklenburg County Jail. Anyone with more information is requested to call the CPD at 704-892-7773.

A massage therapist in Cornelius was arrested last week for allegedly rubbing one client the wrong way. On Friday, Sept. 23, the Cornelius Police Department arrested Joe Martin, a massage therapist with the Center for Holistic Care located at 21316 Davidson St. A female patient reported to police that Martin had inappropriately touched her during a recent visit.
