Cornelius seeks lacrosse vendor

Written by

The Town of Cornelius PARC Department is accepting proposals from vendors for the provision of lacrosse programming. The town currently offers spring leagues, summer camps, fall clinics and fall leagues at Bailey Road Park, Smithville Park and J.V. Washam Elementary School, a total of five fields. Bidders may tour these facilities prior to submitting a bid.

Qualified vendors must be able to provide an array of lacrosse programming as specified in the scope of work. The town will select the bidder that best meets the needs of what the town wants to offer. Services will be for calendar year 2012 with options for renewal. The bidding documents are available at the Town of Cornelius PARC Department at 21445 Catawba Ave., or online at www.corneliuspr.org.

All submittals must be complete and submitted in a sealed envelope or package and clearly labeled “Town of Cornelius Lacrosse Program c/o Ryan Hager” and either mailed to P.O. Box 399, Cornelius, NC 28031, or express or hand delivered to Cornelius Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Ave., Cornelius, NC 28031. Submissions must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19. Vendors may also e-mail proposals if they choose, but they must be received by the closing date. Incomplete and late submissions will be rejected.
