Ride for Hope to benefit DHC

Written by

The seventh annual Festival for Hope and Housing to benefit the Davidson Housing Coalition will be held Saturday, Sept. 10, on the Davidson Town Green. Sponsored by Carolinas HealthCare System, the event will feature 50K and 100K cycling rides along with festival-related activities on the Green.

The Festival for Hope and Housing will serve as the final “Breakaway to the Beach” training ride. The cycling courses will take riders through the countryside of Cabarrus, Iredell, Mecklenburg and Rowan counties. All rides are fully supported with support vehicles and rest stops. Restrooms and refreshments are provided along both ride routes.

The rides will end at the Town Green where live music, family fun and food from Davidson eateries will be available for purchase.
