The new, full-service center provides area residents personal customer service for all billing, equipment and service-related matters.

The new Huntersville Customer Service Center hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Time Warner Cable has 12 customer service centers throughout the greater Charlotte area. This new center in the Market Square Shopping Center will replace the Northlake Mall and Mooresville payment center locations, which will close by the end of the month. The relocation from the Northlake Mall location is in part in response to complaints from customers that the center was inconvenient and difficult to access, especially when carrying in or out new or replacement equipment.
