O’Shaughnessy building medical office in The Park

Written by

Construction is under way on the first project to be developed in the Gilead Center located between the soon-to-be completed Earth Fare Supermarket and McCoy Road. The general contract for the construction of The Gilead Medical Center has been awarded to Concorde Construction of Charlotte. Construction will be completed in October 2011

The 17,012-square-foot, two-story Class A medical office building is being developed by Nick O’Shaughnessy of O’Shaughnessy Realty and Development as a medical condominium complex with frontage on Gilead Road at 15419 Hodges Circle.

This will be one of the first lots to be developed in The Park Huntersville’s most recent development phase on Gilead Road. Horizon Eye Care will occupy 8,800 square feet on the first floor of the building. The second floor is 50 percent sold to a local podiatric group, and only one 4,000-square-foot suite remains available. For information call O’Shaughnessy at 704-506-4149.
