The 17,012-square-foot, two-story Class A medical office building is being developed by Nick O’Shaughnessy of O’Shaughnessy Realty and Development as a medical condominium complex with frontage on Gilead Road at 15419 Hodges Circle.

This will be one of the first lots to be developed in The Park Huntersville’s most recent development phase on Gilead Road.
