An Eagle Scout himself, Banks is also a Vigil Honor Member in the Order of the Arrow and a Silver Beaver Recipient. When he's not working as a delivery driver for Hale Brake and Wheel, Banks is Scoutmaster of Troop 19 at Huntersville Presbyterian Church, where he has been a member and Scouting leader since 1988. In the spirit of the Boy Scout Oath, Banks did his best to answer our questions as this week's Fellow Citizen.
