The event will be held at the new Wells Fargo Advisors branch at 130 Harbour Place Dr., Suite 200 in Davidson. Georgia Krueger, executive director of the Ada Jenkins Center, will be there to accept the check.

Wells Fargo will also bring its iconic stagecoach to the Ada Jenkins Center's FIRE fund-raising event on Sept. 29.
