Burgundy Moon Spa completes expansion

Written by

Those with a taste for the total spa experience — not to mention a glass or two of fine wine — can once again indulge in both as Burgundy Moon Spa & Winehouse has completed its expansion to a new space directly behind its original location in Jetton Village.

Spa owner Noell Michalski first opened Burgundy Moon in April 2009, marrying the concepts of high-end spa services and great wines under one roof. Now moving into a 3,600-square-foot facility (more than 1,000 square feet larger than its initial space), Michalski has added the “Art of Living Studio,” offering yoga, Pilates, Zumba and unique craft classes. There will also be an “Art Corridor,” a locale to offer paintings and drawings for sale by Lake Norman-area artists.

Future plans for the spa include adding doctor-supervised medical treatments such as
pharmaceutical-grade peels, diamond dermabrasion and injectables, while the winehouse will
launch a concert series as well as a menu of appetizers, desserts and a French press coffee bar.

For more information, visit www.burgundymoon.com or call 877-49-RELAX. Burgundy Moon
Spa & Winehouse is at 19911-A North Cove Road in Cornelius.
