Jamison makes fitness personal

Written by

It’s getting harder and harder to come up with those excuses as to why you have no time to work out. The latest is courtesy of local fitness professional Jeanne Jamison and her new personal training business, Full Body Fitness.

Jamison, who is based at Xtreme Fitness Center in Cornelius (20121 N. Main St.), will bring her knowledge of exercise and its effects on both mental and physical health direct to homes or businesses, for those who just can’t manage to make it to the gym.

She’s an expert equestrian with a degree in exercise physiology, and says her mission is to help others achieve their fitness goals while avoiding the depression and chronic pain that can come from injury, disease and obesity.

Jamison will participate in the upcoming “Fall into Huntersville” festivities on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in downtown Huntersville, and again at the Xtreme Fitness Center open house Saturday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more details, contact Jamison at 704-609-7100 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
