The purveyors of ice cream, fudge and other sweet delights hosted a group of children from Gateway Academy over the holiday for a little pretzel dipping instruction. The field trip is just one of many owners Bill, Donna and Stephanie Kenney have hosted in recent months, in addition to their philanthropic work. The Kenneys have given thousands of bookmarks to local schools, have partnered with North Mecklenburg Rotary to sponsor a family for Christmas and have recently committed to a Habitat for Humanity project called “The House That Fudge Built.”
