Mooresville-based Hunter Construction will complete all aspects of the site work for The Landings at Langtree, the southwestern quadrant of the development that will offer a mix of residential, retail, commercial, office and hotel spaces. Site work on the 57-acre first phase will include everything from grading to water systems to sidewalks, and it’s expected the work will take about four months, with the build-out stage to follow.

“Hunter was not only the winner of the competitive bid, they are more familiar with the site and its requirements than anyone,” says Mark Lockman, Langtree’s senior project manager. “They are a local company with a great reputation and roots in the community.”
